Andean Games Studio es un estudio independiente de videojuegos con base en Estados Unidos. Esta política explica qué datos recogemos en andeangamesstudio.com y qué hacemos con ellos. Para cualquier duda, escríbenos a andeangamesstudio@gmail.com.

Qué datos recogemos

• Tu correo electrónico, solo si te suscribes a las novedades o nos escribes. El formulario abre tu app de correo y nos envía un mensaje; recibimos tu dirección y lo que escribas.
• Tu idioma preferido (español o inglés). Se guarda solo en tu navegador para recordar tu elección; nunca nos llega.
• Datos técnicos de la conexión, como la dirección IP. Los procesa Cloudflare, el servicio que aloja la web, para entregarla y protegerla de ataques.

No usamos cookies de publicidad ni de seguimiento, y no creamos perfiles de los visitantes.

Para qué los usamos

• Para enviarte las novedades que pediste: noticias del estudio, de nuestros juegos y sus fechas de lanzamiento.
• Para responder tus mensajes.
• Para que la web funcione y esté protegida.

Usamos tu correo porque tú nos lo diste y lo aceptaste. Puedes retirar ese permiso cuando quieras.

Con quién los compartimos

No vendemos tus datos ni los compartimos para publicidad. Solo intervienen los servicios que necesitamos para funcionar:

• Cloudflare, que aloja la web.
• Google (Gmail), donde recibimos los correos.

Estos servicios pueden guardar datos fuera de tu país, incluido Estados Unidos.

Cuánto tiempo los guardamos

Guardamos tu correo mientras sigas suscrito. Si te das de baja o nos pides borrarlo, lo eliminamos.

What we collect

• Your email address, only if you sign up for updates or write to us. The form opens your email app and sends us a message; we receive your address and whatever you write.
• Your preferred language (Spanish or English). It is stored only in your browser to remember your choice; it never reaches us.
• Technical connection data, such as your IP address. It is processed by Cloudflare, the service that hosts the site, to deliver it and protect it from attacks.

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't build visitor profiles.

How we use it

• To send you the updates you asked for: news about the studio, our games and their release dates.
• To reply to your messages.
• To keep the site running and secure.

We use your email because you gave it to us and agreed to it. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data or share it for advertising. Only the services we need to operate are involved:

• Cloudflare, which hosts the site.
• Google (Gmail), where we receive email.

These services may store data outside your country, including in the United States.

How long we keep it

We keep your email for as long as you stay subscribed. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, we delete it.

Wherever you live, you can ask us at any time to:
